Returns
We offer a 14 day return and refund policy, which includes reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Bad fits
- Faulty items
To return an item please email hello@holidaysunswimwear.com with your order details and reason for return.
We will then organise a shipping label.
What fabric do you use?
All of our pieces are made from eco friendly fabrics -
ECONYL® (Italy) – A nylon yarn regenerated entirely from waste materials like fishing nets, fabric scraps, and carpet fluff, rather than virgin plastic.
REPREVE® (USA) – Made from post-consumer plastic bottles diverted from landfill and the ocean.
Are they sustainable?
Yes! Both use regenerated nylon yarn made from pre- and post-consumer waste (like ghost fishing nets and offcuts) instead of virgin materials, diverting that waste from landfill and reducing reliance on new raw materials.
Are they chlorine and sunscreen resistant?
Yes. Both are built for pool and beach conditions with strong resistance to chlorine, sunscreen, and oils, though we still recommend rinsing your swimwear in cool fresh water after each wear to maximise its lifespan.
Do they offer UV protection?
Yes, both fabrics provide built-in UV protection as part of their construction.
Will my swimwear lose its shape over time?
Both fabrics are chosen for excellent shape retention and elastic recovery, so they resist sagging, rolling, and stretching out with normal wear and proper care.
How should I care for my Holiday Sun swimwear?
Rinse in cool water after each swim, hand wash with a mild detergent, avoid the dryer, and lay flat or hang to dry out of direct sunlight to protect the colour and stretch.
Why do you use two different fabrics instead of one across the whole range?
Bikinis and one-pieces have different structural needs — bikinis benefit from Vita's soft, lightweight hand-feel and proven chlorine/UV resistance, while one-pieces use REPREVE for a supportive, durable build made from recycled bottle or manufacturing waste. Using the fabric suited to each style gives the best fit, feel, and longevity for that garment.
