Pre-orders
All current Holiday Sun styles are sold on pre-order. Pre-orders will be dispatched between 16–18 December 2026. Payment is taken at the time of order. If dispatch is delayed, we’ll email you with an updated date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Order processing
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, Queensland via Australia Post.
Australia
Standard shipping: $11 AUD (3–5 business days after dispatch)
Express shipping: $15 AUD (1–2 business days after dispatch)
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
New Zealand
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 4–7 business days after dispatch with Australia Post Standard International, depending on your destination. Any import duties or taxes charged by New Zealand customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us before your order is dispatched and we’ll update it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at hello@holidaysunswimwear.com and we’ll work with Australia Post to resolve it.
